Individual Therapy with Me

If You’re Here, You Might Be…
… Holding it all together in public, but unraveling in ways no one sees.
Â
… So used to being the strong one, the capable one, the one others turn to—
that you've learned to silence your own pain just to keep moving.
Â
… Tired of overthinking, overdelivering, and still feeling unseen or unknown.
Â
Maybe you've done some of the work—you’ve journaled, meditated, cried in quiet moments, talked to friends, tried to pray through it.
You’ve done some healing work, but you know there’s more beneath the surface.
Â
What you need now is deep care—
The kind that gets beneath the surface...
...that allows you to come home to yourself—no pressure, no performance, no pretending.
Â
If you’re ready for something deeper
This can be that space.
Â

Who IÂ Hold Space For
I serve Black women and Women of Color, including those within the LGBTQIA+ community. I work with those who are navigating leadership, caregiving, and healing--- often, all at once.
You might be:
-
A first-generation trailblazer navigating complicated family dynamics
-
A high-achieving professional who’s overwhelmed and running on empty
-
Healing the mother wound—whether you’re parenting or not
-
Someone exploring identity, spirituality, or purpose in deeper ways
-
A caregiver, organizer, or leader who’s always “on” and rarely cared for in return
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support.
You just need space that sees all of you—and honors the weight you carry.

How It Works
Sessions are offered in two formats, depending on your needs and preferences.
I provide virtual therapy (telehealth) for clients who reside in Maryland, offering flexibility and access from the comfort of your own space.
For those seeking deeper connection through the land and body, I also offer seasonal, in-person nature-based therapy sessions. These take place in outdoor settings across Baltimore and surrounding areas, during the spring, summer, and fall months.
Whether we’re meeting on screen or beneath the trees, this work is grounded in presence, safety, and care.
Â
Insurance + Good Faith Estimate
I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
Please note:
-
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan
-
A mental health diagnosis is typically required
-
I’ve intentionally chosen not to contract with insurance, so we can work in a way that’s spacious, culturally grounded, and not limited by systems that weren’t built with us in mind
Â
You’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your care.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes  related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 404.400.2665.

I typically respond to inquiries within 1–2 business days, often sooner when possible.
During our consultation call, you’ll have space to ask questions and get a feel for whether working together feels like the right fit.
A quick note on privacy: While I welcome emails from current and prospective clients and will always do my best to protect your information, email is not a fully secure form of communication. For that reason, I recommend keeping sensitive or deeply personal details for our sessions.
